Angel’s Cabbage Salad

A little sweet and a little sour, this
sturdy slaw is a whole lotta yum.
MAKE IT A MAIN
¼ cup olive oil Add 2 oz. pulled rotisserie
¼ cup white wine vinegar chicken or additional
¼ cup sugar
bacon to each serving.
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (12- to 14-oz.) pkg. shredded
cabbage or ¼ head each red and
green cabbage, shredded (6 cups)
3 green onions, thinly sliced
⅓ cup toasted almonds, chopped
⅓ cup sunflower seeds
⅓ cup raisins
Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, and
soy sauce in a large bowl until sugar
dissolves. Add cabbage, green onions,
almonds, sunflower seeds, and raisins; toss
to coat. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour and
up to 2 days.
