                                                                                                                     1. Whisk eggs and sour cream
                                                                                                                     in a bowl until creamy and smooth.
                                                                                                                     Stir in cheese and season with
                                                                                                                     salt and pepper.
                                                                                                                     2. Melt butter in a large skillet
                                                                                                                     over medium heat. Pour in egg
                                                                                                                     mixture; cook, gently folding
                                                                                                                     occasionally with a spatula, until

                                                                                                                     about 3 minutes. Fold in basil
